Lineup DJ Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lineup DJ mobile application ("App"), operated by Dan Machado ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of Service

Lineup DJ allows users to create custom player introductions and play walkout songs using Apple Music and AI-generated voice announcements. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Apple Music Requirement

Certain features require an active Apple Music subscription. Lineup DJ does not provide or store copyrighted audio.

3. Subscriptions

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
• Pricing may vary by region.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

5. AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content entered to generate announcements.

6. Youth Use and Parental Responsibility

Parents, guardians, or coaches should supervise usage. Do not include sensitive personal information. You confirm you have permission to use names included in announcements.

7. Intellectual Property

The Lineup DJ application and branding are owned by Dan Machado.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties.

10. Termination

We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.

11. Privacy

Your use is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
